Action Learning Cohort

Most Executive Development Programs Don't Focus on Your Organization's Real World Business Challenges or Opportunities, We Do. Here's How...

Instead of sending a few leaders off to an executive development program and hoping they come back and cascade down what they learned to your organization to magically change it (which most the time never works), we decided to be different. We thought, why don’t we discover the challenges or opportunities your organization is trying to solve for and build an executive development program around those challenges or opportunities. Seems brilliant, not really, but here’s how it works:

We Focus on Your Organizations Greatest Opportunities or Challenges

Some of Your Organizations Opportunities or Challenges Include:
NEW PRODUCT LINE:

What issues/challenges are likely to arise from the build out of the new product line, and how should these challenges be addressed to best position your organization for future success?

TALENT UTILIZATION ACROSS BUSINESS LINES:

Your organization’s view might be that each of its business lines is technically unique. Do you agree or disagree? In either case, what are the supporting factors for your position? Assess each business line to address where skills, talent and knowledge sharing could take place and where they could not.

RECRUITMENT AND RETENSION STRATEGY FOR A CHANGING WORKFORCE:

What should your recruitment and retention strategy be to ensure a best-in-class and diverse workforce? Looking five plus years out, how should your organization change itself, if at all, to stay on the leading edge of the competitive set?

DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS

How do you develop a business model for selling products at a profit through non ‘big box’ channels?

INTERNATIONAL PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

What is the best way to make product ‘X’ competitive in the U.S and Canada?

CULTURE

How can you enhance your company culture with added accountability?

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT

How can you enhance customer engagement?

MARKETING

What is the most effective way to produce custom orders of product ‘X’?
